Once your order has been validated, we cannot modify or cancel it. If your jewelry is not suitable, you have 14 days to return your order in its initial condition (excluding custom-made jewelry).

Each of our pieces are made on request with love.
Beautiful things take time. Manufacturing times can extend from 2 to 4 weeks.

Standard delivery
Your order is sent by post. Standard delivery time 3 to 5 working days by Colissimo tracked for France and 5 to 10 days for abroad.

You will be notified of the availability of your order by email as soon as it arrives in store.

An oversight, an error?

Contact customer service: info@verpal.fr by entering your number. Explain the problem to us.

If you have not received the correct item, please return the non-compliant item within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order via the return slip.
We will process your exchange as quickly as possible and reimburse you for your shipping costs.

If your jewelry does not suit you, you have 14 days to return your jewelry for a refund (excluding worn or personalized jewelry).

1st method:
1. Send an email to info@verpal.fr telling us: your order number, your shipping address & the reason for your return.
2. We send you a pre-paid return sheet by email.
3. Place the item in sturdy packaging and give it to your postman.

2nd method:
Return to store
You can return your order directly to the store. You will receive a deposit confirmation email and your refund will be made to the card used for the purchase within the following 15 days.
